Lead Generation Associate /Telemarketer

We are looking for a qualified freelancer lead generation associate who has experience in cold calling and talking on the phone, building relationships and being able to explain something to prospects on phone. He /she should have the ability to make calls to prospects and start up conversations with key decision makers on the first contact. The key objective of this role will be to book appointments with key decision makers like the CEOs, company directors and other top management staff for our marketing & technical team to make presentations and demos. Displaying strong account development, polished and confident articulation and a high level of competence is required for this position. Responsibilities ============== • The position entail contacting and engaging prospective customers through email marketing and cold calling to create leads/appointments for our marketing & technical team. • Qualifies and follows up with sales leads through multiple resources; email marketing, cold calling and use of our lead management Zoho CRM. • Convert incoming leads into qualified customer engagements for our marketing & technical team to work to closure. • Educate clients on our mobile CRM solution and be adept at overcoming technical and business objectives of prospective clients. • Manage a prospecting pipeline within the company lead management CRM sales database and maintain accurate prospect/customer information. • Assist with the continual improvement and delivery of strong day-to-day processes and systems for Lead Generation. Should be a resident of Nairobi, Kenya Remuneration This being a freelancer position where you are meant to work as an independent consultant the remuneration will range from USD 10 – USD 20 per an appointment.
