Seeking a qualified inbound sales assistant for an apartment search company. The sales assistant role is to call, qualify, follow up, and close the sale process for renters seeking new apartments. Must have a very reliable internet connection, ability to make calls to US phone numbers, and have a passion for people & sales. Freelancer can work flexible hours - as long as they fall into the US/CST time zone of 9 am to 7 pm MON-SAT, and 12pm-6pm SUN. This is a base + bonus project, where bonus will make up the MAJORITY of your pay with the ability to make upwards of $1500+ a month for a performing individual. The most important component of this job is CONSISTENCY. Freelancer must be able to work a min. of 1 hour per day, 6 out of every 7 days (unless prior requesting days off/ vacation).
