I work for a private money lender, who lends money for fix and flip properties in Tampa Bay Area, Florida. The aim of this JOB is to get some quality leads to lend money for rehabing real estate property. This is the landing page we want to work with [login to view URL] we want to tweak the landing page and somehow, receive leads to close deals. We want to pay $100 per each closed lead that we have in this campaign. The freelancer will have to adjust the landing page , in order to make a good conversion ratio and also manage the adwords or facebook campaign until we reach 10 closed leads. For this , we want to pay $1,000
