CUSTOMER SERVICE -build relationships with our contractors and contractor's schedules (within reason = minimum 3 hours commitment same time each week) -follow up with customers each week/month/semester to book them for services and invoice them -intake new customers over the phone & email (we provide a number you can use through a smartphone application) -book customers into a google calendar -send the contractor their schedule each week Skills Required: -high energy -fluent English -**positive attitude** -positive phone demeanor -enjoys problem-solving -highly organized -likes music and the arts -believes in the positive benefits of educating children in music >Time Commitment Our time zone is UTC -7, PDT (Pacific Daylight Time, Vancouver BC Canada) Required days: Sunday 1 to 2 hours, Tues, Wed, Thurs from 1pm to 2pm PST, other time flexible. Approx. 10 hours per week to start immediately. Hours to be increased as needed. Likely up to 40 hours/week by October 2019 >Compensation $2.50 to $3.48 per hour
