Seeking Sponsorship Guru Events & Sponsorship Manager In 2010 we will be producing a 102 city tour for small music “Festival?? starting in January in California. The music festivals will be held on the weekends across the nation. The Role We seek an experienced events and sponsorship manager to oversee this major project. You will be reporting to the Senior Manager of Events & Sponsorship, you will primarily be responsible for securing sponsorship from hotel stay to monetary sponsorship payments. To be successful in this role you must have a minimum of 3 years experience in a similar events/sponsorships co-ordination role, preferably within the entertainment industry. Salary will be based on per project market. We are looking for RESULTS and will not be spending a lot of time on training. If you are in the advertising field or entertainment field and have the contacts this will be an easy job for you for extra supplement income. You will need to possess strong organizational and co-ordination skills with excellent attention to detail and the ability to build and manage professional relationships with key national sponsorship contacts. You will also be self motivated and directed in taking needed actions to ensure that tasks and objectives are satisfactorily completed to deadlines and be a strong team player who performs well in a challenging environment with the capacity to shift priorities, modify personal style and respond with new approaches as needed to deal with the demands of changing conditions. NB: Appropriate Business College qualifications will be highly regarded. We are looking for folks who can PRODUCE RESULTS for this major 102 city tour. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows? (depending on the nature? of the deliverables): a)? For web sites or? other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software? installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
