Mass Promotion/Marketing for my Website

[login to view URL] - is a community website I've developed with a few friends aimed at the American College student demographic. On the site, they can find people by School or location. New features are being added which makes the site really unique and "special" to the students of a particular school. Similar to the facebook. Was done as a hobby, we now have a few hundred members, but things have really slowed down. I am looking for someone who can do some quick, easy mass/bulk marketing over a period of a few days or less however they know best. No specific method is required. I am not interested in Search Engine Optimization, or paid placement, or things like that. But perhaps rather someone who can bulk email a permission opt in email list, or someone who has domain names that would send traffic my way. Only the person who reads this and knows what I'm looking for will know that they are the right person for this. If you're looking at this and have no idea how to approach, then you are not who i am looking for. To sum up, I basically just need a lot of unique, preferably targeted visitors (college students) to sign up as members to my site. I spent too much time on this and don't want the site to go to waste.
