Our E-Commerce company is seeking a Tech Recruiter to acquire new talents for our rapidly growing development department.
Our Recruiter must have extensive experience sourcing technical team, especially back and front-end developer.
The successful recruiter will have a to research and conduct initial contact with potential candidates, have a keen eye when reviewing resumes and conducting interviews.
Responsibility and task may include:
-Work with outside headhunters and staffing agencies to identify new talent
-Review and analyze resumes
-Scour job search websites for potential recruits and contact those candidates personally
-Interview potential developers using industry-standard techniques
-Introduce potential candidates to the company
The perfect candidate must show proficiency in the following fields:
-5+ years recruiting experience
-Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
-Demonstrable experience in technical and programming recruiting
-Familiarity with online job hunting websites
-Working knowledge of the online E-Commerce industry
We are looking to recruit local talents in our Estonian office, bonus point for candidates already familiar with the area/country.
