•Manage Job postings on career pages and social channels
•Lead creation and sourcing candidates based on client requirement
•Leverage Sourcing through all possible recruitment methods – web
portals, postings, social networks, databases, referrals and contacts.
•Establishing contact with candidates
•Review resumes, portfolios and conduct initial pre-qualification screening
•Coordinate closely with Client, Vendors, Agencies and hiring managers to
understand recruitment requirement
•Coordinate with hiring managers to craft communication on job
descriptions to attract diverse talent
•Manage appointments, schedule and organize interviews for client
•Created data base on qualified candidates for future positions
•Facilitate the candidate interview feedback
