looking to hire a Finance Transformation Lead. You will lead and develop group wide solutions for operational, business planning, statutory reporting and analysis requirements. One of the main areas this role will be improving will be the management reporting at a group level which means you will project manage a business improvement piece as well as streamlining the systems used across the different business units. Responsibilities for the role will include: Develop group wide solutions for operational, business planning, statutory reporting and analysis requirements Improve the group wide financial close process Liaise with key stakeholders Improve the group systems Establish governance framework to support the group Requirements for the role will include: Must be a qualified accountant (CA/CPA) Must have a background in FP&A/Management Reporting Must have transformation experience Must have excellent communication experience

Hi, My offer is to work in the background, supporting your officer to plan, develop and implement systems for: * Operations planning * Operations measurement * Reporting performance against plans with analysis of variations Done right, the above core system will help you take control of things and lead to desired transformation. Additionally: * Compliance requirements will be identified and systems developed to meet these I had started my career as a chartered accountant and worked in accounting and finance for two decades. During this period I had also completed a post-chartered accountancy Management Accounting exam, giving me clear insights into how accounting systems can be used for supporting management decisions. And during the later stages of this career, my work involved reviewing the operations of several units and reporting findings to CMD of the group. I had then started my own computer applications development venture and had the opportunity to get familiar with operational issues in several businesses and design/develop and implement systems to provide decision support information.
