Need some 3d Models.

I need a set of 4 types of 3d models in FBX format including textures, should also be low poly count (as its for a game engine). Here are the sets as follows: Thatch Wood Stone Metal Each Type, as listed above needs to have: Foundation, Door, Doorframe, Ceiling, Walls, Ladders, Window, and a Windowframe Each structure needs to be equal in size, and height (all walls must be the same height, and size), all foundations must be equal in size as well. We need to be able to use each piece in a modular way and to be able to snap each piece together using our snapping system. Please see the following video for a game which is similiar to what we need to be able to do. Currently, some of our structure pieces are incredibly high poly count (5,000+ for a wall) and also they are not equal in size, or not rotated in the exact position for each piece.
