I have experience in design and 3d modeling in sketchup and visualization in v-ray (Render). The Surat Singh file can be easily uploaded in sketchup, to be delivered later in skp file, and in making v-ray images for deliveries, as well as completing the cad file with cuts and facades that will have to be indicated from the beginning.
