Home design: draw maps, 3D renderings and suggest options

Please, take time to read before you answer/bid The project is about a small duplex apartment. For this project you will have to look at the attached items which are: - the original floor plan of the appartment - the same floor plan modified in red - the pictures of the place today pictures 1 to 13) Feel free to ask me as many questions as you want about the place today cause from these info you will have to redraw actual 2D floor plans of the apartment today and add 3D modeling. In a second time I will ask you to change the plans as follow: - Take out the current stairway and change it with a straight on on the right wall with a kitchen under (as on picture14). You must let minimum 2 meters from the window to the start of the stairs (meaning you will probably have to destroy some part of the mezzanine) - Take out the current toilet to replace them with 4 raws of kitchen cabinets (60cm deep) - Destroy the closet (P8) and reduce the size of the corridor to 90cm wide. At the end of it you can create a room for the toilets. This corridor will also deserve the bathroom and will open on the kitchen and it will change the shape of the mezzanine - Lower the height of the mezzanine on the left to level it with the one on top of the kitchen and create a closed bedroom with windows (as on picture15 ) - Fit an italian shower and a bathtube in the bathroom. Possibly create a closed deep enough for a washer (min 90cm deep) In a third time, Using the current map as a basis, suggest minimum 3 other setting options For each step I will ask you for 2D maps with all dimensions as well as 3D rendering.
