I have both a point cloud RCS file and a mesh OBJ of the same which I need to convert into a NURBS surface. This should be done very quickly - I am just looking for the know how. We need the NURBS to be high quality and fairly smooth. It is for three stories of a curved stairwell. Bidders should have a powerful machine as the files are fairly large. Will send link to point cloud and mesh to winning bidder. Thank you!
