My HR experience:
. Full recruitment process, testing and interview
- Provide all data for payroll and supervision of payroll process,
-In charge of implementation time tracking and access contol system,
- Co-Autor of bonus rulebook for direct and indirect employees,
- Monitoring of HR budget and salary budget spending,
- Generate the monthly HR administration KPI`s, research anomalies and present to HR manager,
- Support organization of internal transportation and canteen for all employees,
- Responsible for supervision and maintenance of employee data base.
