We are a real estate development company who is active in the Atlanta Market. We are looking for a real estate assistant who can do the following tasks. We are looking to have the professional work on these tasks 3 hours a day 1 - review daily incoming emails and reply if nesessary 2 - pull comps on properties and report deals to management 3 - talk to real estate agents about properties and determine flexibility on price 4 - make outbound calls to real estate agents who have contacted us before - no cold calling 5 - be able to do property research on MLS or other channels Only professionals with previous experience should apply! Please do not apply if you dont have previous experience and do not know how to determine a deal.
