I talked a tart in developing high load system in one of most popular retail platform on Asian online market. Skills: Docker, k8s, Postgres, Consul, ETCD, Prometheus, Grafana, protobuf, gRPC I’m available for 20 hours per week.

I have spent the last two years working full time as a Golang developer, and began learning Go over a year before that. In that time I created 1) a restful JSONAPI backend that was used to replace a Node backend for an already created application. This new Golang backend was more than 20% faster than the original Node. 2) A broker microservice that kept data between two different MySQL databases (with two different data schemas) synced and well logged 3) Dozens of one-off scripts for simple tasks like data migration, puzzle solving and gRPC manipulation and forwarding. The application I wrote the JSONAPI Go backend for happened to be written in React and Typescript; I only have beginner level familiarity with those two languages, but I'm confident I can get up to speed, especially if the React app is already developed and only needs new endpoints to connect with the Golang backend. Go knowledge will be my main strength going into this. I am currently going back to school, and have up to 20 hours a week during the school year and up to 30in the next eight weeks, since it's summer.
