Problem: I was recovering a hard disk and got all the files back but not in a right location Expectation: write a Python or Awk script for structuring the file. I do have all the files in an external drive Good thing: - I do have right directory structure with directory name and filenames in that directory Bad thing: - all these file size is zero that means its emptu file Good-thing: - All the genuine files are in a recovered directory and spread across random subdirectory What I am looking for: 1. Read a file name from a .../Booth/folderX/subfolderY/ (that has zero size) 2. Mirror this folder structure in ..../Booth/Mirror 3. search this file (*FileName*) in a ..../recoverDirectory/floderA/subfolderB/sub-subfolderC and copy in the right place in the .../BoothMirror Read word file for more detail
