Front:

1 - Home (Menu with categories, with video grid, and pagination)

1.2 - A category page is simply a search term for a keyword.

2 - Video Page - (Title, Video, Description, Tags, Comments)

2.1 - Sidebar on the video page (random videos, or recommendations)

Backend:

1 - Parser of all fields specified above. Ability to add proxies.

2 - Page caching. (On / Off optional)

3 - The parser must move through the service without the specified parameters and add video to the site.

A few more small details on page structure and markup.
