Urgent! Senior Python Software Developer & A Tech Lead needed for healthcare scale-up in Berlin

I am working directly with a client who urgently needs two freelancers to work on a hybrid basis (2 days on site in Mitte 3 WFH) in Berlin. This will be to start ASAP so please contact me today if you meet the below criteria. You will be someone who: Is available within the next three weeks to start and can offer at least four days per week, ideally five days full time, 40 hours Is available for four months with high possibility of extension Has a strong backend focus and over three years of backend experience Gets excited about building a cloud platform serving multiple user-centric client touchpoints. Familiar with AWS, Elastic, Beanstalk Is a confident communicator, happy interacting and collaborating with front-end developers, designers and product managers day-to-day Is proficient with Python (Django is a bonus), infrastructure as code, 12-factor development, security and cloud platforms Has the ability to consume and create APIs Ideally you will have: The ability to unblock yourself if there are no frontend resources available Experience in fast paced startup environments through different development phases Previously worked on a highly customizable enterprise product, preferably in an industry governed by privacy laws The willingness to contribute to open source projects A Tech lead will have all of the above + : The experience to mentor others, including frontend developers that show an interest in backend development Owning the architecture, engineering and roadmap as well as writing code alongside your team Thank you
