Python scripting for data migration from one database to another database

we are working on writing on python scripts to connect to the Snow-flake database and extract the required data from there and insert the data in the Postgres database. As part of this work, I need to write logic in the python related to how we should insert or update data in the postgres tables *********SBB Data load logic swap requirement******** We have 7 tables in total, 6 load tables and one lookup table We need to make changes in the existing python script, regarding the logic how we load data in the tables (postgres) and also the status for 4 days. Day1: We insert the data and the status will be “Active”. “Only insert” Day2: First, we insert the data with status as “Inactive” for the current day, then we update the status for Day1 as “Inactive” and finally for current day updated status will be “Active”. “Insert, Update, Update” Day3: We update the day1 data status as “Active” and Day2 data status as “Inactive”. “Update, Update” Day4: We update the day1 data status as “Inactive” and Day2 data status as “Active”. “Update, Update”
