I am a retail investor that would like to automate my share trading
My broker is Interactive Brokers and I would like it to use their Python API

Ideally the input would be a spreadsheet of ticker codes and target volumes to be held ( both long - shares and short - contract for difference ) ( see uploaded file named "Example spreadsheet" )
When executed the script would:
- Check existing portfolio shareholdings with Interactive Brokers
- Take the spreadsheet of ticker codes and target volumes
- Buy and sell shares to obtain the target volumes.
When finished and providing their was sufficient liquidity in the market, the portfolio shareholdings should match the spreadsheet of ticker codes and target volumes.
