Fix Python Code that Accesses a Web API

I have a python script that is 105 lines long (attached: [login to view URL]). It has the following process: 1. Reads a csv file (input.csv--attached: [login to view URL]) 2. Converts it to json format 3. Sends data to UPS API called "Ratetimeintransit" 4. Returns a cost and time value for each row 5. Writes the results to a csv file (output.csv--example attached with expected results: output_SHORTEXAMPLE) The API works and returns a data error saying that the provided service does not exist. So there is something wrong with the input parameters or which inputs are matched with which API parameters. I need someone to look at this python code and the UPS API ([login to view URL]) and make this return the expected results. UPS has a web service that can manually return the expected results for testing: [login to view URL] This is just one of many API scripts we need. So we are looking for someone who can help us fix this and build more if they do well. Thank you
