Create a Python tutorial to build a daily sales tracker

I am a beginner learning python and would like to learn how to build a sales tracker program from start to finish. It can be object orientated or procedural. The freelancer will need to explain via a video/screen cast their workflow and every step he/she is taking. Here is the info. We have 5 different offices with a certain amount of sales guys in each office and every day we write down for each rep 1)How many sold. 2) Boxes taken from store. 3)New customers. 4)How much they paid in. Each office has a manager. He has the same info as above but also has 3 additional fields. The total money paid in 1)Cash 2)Cheques 3)Banking number. The finished sales tracker needs a GUI (up to the developer), The ability to add a sales rep when a new person joins. The ability to remove a rep when he leaves but keep his sales figures as part of the office total. The ability to add the sales figures of each rep in that office each day and keep a running total of the data collected. Save the data to a database. The app needs to display the cumulative sales figures for that week/month. It needs the ability to be able to search for a rep or an office the rep belongs to and have it show all the data between 2 dates. There are a few other things but I hope this explains the main system. I am happy to receive the tutorial in different parts so there is no great rush.
