I have written a software which detects scene changes in a video file and stores the frame number at which the scene changes in a list called “scene_changes” (i.e [2, 45, 60, 33] ).
Now, the goal is to build a GUI which allows me to check if the code made everything correctly or if adjustments to the “scene_changes” list need to be done:
Incrementing or Decreasing a given frame number
Adding or Deleting frame numbers
