Build a Flask App to Take In Data and Transform Data

Objective: to have a flask app that takes in a csv and allows us to manipulate with a GUI (please see attached files) and then allows us to export the transformed dataset. Two important features for this app: 1. Retain the steps that were done and their order (in case we need to apply on a similar dataset) 2. Export the transformed dataset. We only want 2 transformations: [login to view URL] a pandas column 2. Apply Case formatting to the contents of a Pandas column. We want Python Pandas to be used. We want you to keep in mind that we are Python 3.x. We are on a Windows machine. Ideally, we would like to use Flask ([login to view URL]) for the GUI.
