Bash shell script watchdog

I need a bash script that will work in linux centos. I can install all the required dependencies. You can use any method as long as it works. Basically the script function is to: 1. Check multiple links through an indonesian proxy server to ensure that it is not redirected to a blocked page - ONCE A DAY (via cronjob). The redirect is to a very specific blocked page. 2. Send a report by email if any of the links are down. 3. The script should allow me specify the http proxy server to use and the port along with an alternative proxy server to use incase the 1st one is down. 4. It should be able to detect if the proxy is down and not confuse with the links being down. Do not bid more than $20. It is a simple script. I'll have more jobs for you if you can do this well.
