Long Term SEO Company Virtual Assistant Needed - ASAP

Our company is seeking a talented, experienced, communicative and reliable Virtual Assistant for our SEO company in New York. As our VA you would need to meet the following criteria: 1. You must have past experience (extensive experience preferred) as both a Virtual Assistant and also as an SEO or as a Virtual Assistant for a large or medium sized SEO company 2. You must be able to keep track of our calendar events, email correspondence with clients, payola and some simple book keeping. 3. You would be responsible for emailing various contractors we use to order services for clients. Meticulous tracking and reporting is needed. 4. Must be familiar with Quickbooks, Paypal, and [login to view URL] as well 5. Must be willing and able to do research as we request as well. This includes keyword research, competition research, directory submissions and more. SEO experience is a must. 6. Must have 9-5 EST availability 5 days a week. Must use Skype and or email and be available during all work hours. 7. Must Log EVERYTHING including work hours, tasks performed, emails sent, payments logged etc For this project you are bidding on a 2 week sample period @ 20 hours per week. Some work we request to be done on a time sensitive basis. Other tasks can be done on a 24 hour window basis. You are bidding on 40 total hours of work. If you do well you will be given a long term part time position which may very well turn into a full time position in a short period of time.
