I have extensive experience with Google's GSuite platform having created a number of scripts to automate tasks similar to what you've described in your job proposal. My only concern is the amount of data involved given that google sheets has a limit of 2 million cells per sheet. If your data can fit within that constraint then I can write a script to parse your CSVs and populate a sheet. However if your data exceeds those limits I can recommend alternative solutions. For each file, it will read the required 5 columns you are looking for, then in the targeted spreadsheet where we will aggregate the data, it will add the corresponding csv file name in each row.
