Manufacture a Smarphone for me

I need a smartphone production such as ele p9000 but with my own branding and logo, I want the same smartphone but with a bit more upgrades, Want to add water resistance IP68 certification, the phone has to be completely sealed. I dont want the phone to be overpriced, so we start one a production for few phones test them out quality wise etc, and then set off for production.
