I have worked running a makerspace for 3 years. I work with 3d printers, 2d printers, and everything in between. Softwares and hardware are constantly breaking or being broken, and I have to fix them. I have limited ability to work on this as I am in the USA, but I can process error codes, look into software issues, and give an initial diagnosis of hardware. I will need a good communication channel, Skype is preferred, and I will have to see the printer via webcam. I may have to have a remote desktop connection, depending on the issue. I will do my very best, but, alas, no guarantees. Printers are a devil and sometimes you can't deal with them.
