Overturn Enforcement Notice and get PP for houses and/or Mobile Home

Wokingham Council lied, cheated and deceived the planning inspector when I appealed an enforcement notice. The notice was so bizarre no one thought it would succeed but by lying and withholding crucial evidence, they got it through. I am out of time to appeal and while I was working abroad they pushed through an Injunction. I was not in a position to appeal that in time either so it stands. I need soeone who can unpick this horrible mess via planning applications etc. They said I have changed use from woodland to residential by installing a caravan but it has ALWAYS been residential and there is a string of evidence to prove that. It is complete madness. There is a lot to explain but basically I want this notice withdrawn and an application to either build 6 houses or at the very least install a caravan which they have forced me to remove (it previously had planning permission and is now allowed by PD but they somehow forced it through the courts in my absence) They are quite happy to lie and cheat and hoodwink the courts but I need a good planning consultant who will pick a way through this and advise the best approach. Even if the best option is to build an extra two stories on the house under PD I would take that option but the whole thing needs looking at by someone who has successfully got around these sort of problems in the past. I do have substantial evidence that they previously hid and removed from public view which shows I am perfectly entitled to have a caravan in the garden etc. Happy to upload files if someone thinks this may be something they can handle successfully.
