Yii upload form attachments directly to google drive

i need simple script that will allow that users can attach file to form, and on submission it will upload file DIRECTLY to google drive , not through the server.
i need this so that the script will not time out with large uploads.
preferably there should be some display while large files upload.
after upload it should set sharing level, get link and save the link into database along with form values.
I need this written to be compatible with Yii versions yii1.1.20 as well as yii2.
only proposals with word cat will be considered.
