We are an auditing firm with offices in multiple locations. I am looking for developing a responsive website with following pages: • A home page, • Page for all Services (4-6) • Pages for each location • News • Contact Form page • Links to be able to download company Policies and regulations We also need a CMS that should enable us to upload/modify content on every page. Add/change banners. The website to help option for administrator who will maintain backend (CMS) Before starting website development work we need the specification document to be prepared and agreed. The website should be responsive and should be able to work smoothly on any browser and any device (tablet, laptop, and phone) and all screen sizes. We need someone with excellent graphic designing abilities who can design website in line with our company logo and theme. Content writing abilities will be added advantage. We will prefer a flat rate for the job and a yearly contract to maintain the website
