Wordpress Theme Modification -- 2

I'm looking for an expert web developer with fast turnaround time who can modify a wordpress theme. Basically looking to get these two simple things done. 1.) Arrange the contents of the homepage as per my mockup (check attachment [login to view URL]). Demo of the my selected theme can be viewed here: [login to view URL] 2.) Modify the default color selection feature on the product page ([login to view URL]), to look like my mockup (check attachment [login to view URL]). Basically I need color swatches, instead of text. The Quantity box also needs to be modified to look like the mockup. The above are the two main things I need done right now. For now, the theme just has to have demo content as we are currently working on getting our content and texts figured out and will have them by next week or so. But we are looking for someone for long term so that he can help us to update, add our contents to the website, and make any further design/layout modifications to the theme as needed. Please provide quotation for the above 2 tasks mentioned separately, and also for adding content and products (70-80 products) when we have them later. Few additional small modifications to the theme maybe required at later stage (for example, making the main logo bigger, changing main menu contents, footer contents, updating homepage slider, etc.) NOTE: Please mention code 82700623 in your proposal.
