Wordpress theme customization

I've set up a Wordpress extranet for a client, but there's a function that I need help with. The client uses a goal-tracking system called OKRs (objectives, key results, if you're not familiar) and we need to get this type of system on their extranet. The theme is Woffice from Alkaweb. The second is similar in that they need to be able to have an adjustable progress bar that then feeds into the overall progress percentage of the project (so the tasks/key results can be tracked by either yes/no or an adjustable percentage slider). (If they can adjust the progress bar from within the frontend project section instead of just through the backend of the site, that'd be even better.) What I need is a way for my client's members to be able to manually adjust how far along they are with their current goals. Right now, Woffice has a Projects section, which is great, but the tasks within the project section can only be tracked by either ¡Èyes¡È they were completed or ¡Éno¡É they were not. My client needs to have two additional ways to track the project. The first is an overall percentage bar for the project that can be manually adjusted. The reason why they need the two options, from what they've said, is that some of the objectives and key results will be task oriented, but many will not, and so they want to have the option for both. Screenshots 1?4 show where we're needing the adjustable progress bars. Screenshot 5 shows where we need the projects section to feed into the progress widget that's found on the homepage. The last thing that we need is for notes on the individual tasks. Right now when I click on them, they just automatically fill in the checkbox saying they were completed or not. If we can get a drop-down box with a text field to add notes there, that'd be perfect (or just link it to the comments section that's already built in, that'd be great, whichever is easier). (This notes customization isn't necessarily essential, so if I could get two prices, one with this and one without this section, that'd be great.) If it's easier/cheaper to grab a plugin and modify it to work for this theme in the way I'm describing--I'm all for that
