Wordpress theme customisation

I have a wordpress theme (boxthemes) [login to view URL] I have done a bit of of customization but need more work on the payment flow and a few more bits. Please, contact me Presently, the payment works like this: An employer A post a job>>Freelancer B, C, D etc bid on job>> Employer accepts freelancer B offer>> Employer B has o make a cash or Papypal or Stripe Payment before he is allowed to accept bid ( an Escrow service). What I want is: 1 Employer G post a job 2. Freelancer C bids on a job for $100 3. Employer G accepts bid above. 4. Freelancer C is assigned to job. 5. Employer G makes a payment of $6.99 (6.99% of $100 ) by cash deposit or chosen payment gateway. 6. Website Administrator confirms receipt of above payment. 7. Employer G is now allowed to contact freelancer C by messaging and other means to arrange payment of balance of $93.01. 8. Freelancer G does job 9. Employer is satisfied and leaves feedback ( review) for freelancer. Freelancer can also leave review for employer 10. Job closes 11. If Employer not satisfied, he can raise dispute. Admin will now contact freelancer to solve problem. All these are built into the theme already. But I want the employer to be able to accept a bid before payment
