Wordpress Responsive CSS & PHP Project Layout Fixing WP

I have an adult website CMS at [login to view URL] ... The members area of that site is based on Word Press. The Tour / Guest Area is made written in PHP to mimic the Members Area apperance. The site is written to be responsive. However there are several CSS issues where the layout is bad. For example elements not fixed or not properly showing. This needs to be fixed by e.g. centering them, adding needed padding etc. Furthermore a user can bookmark pages but there seems to be no page for displaying the bookmarked elements. It needs to be added. Lastly items can be filtered by TAGS but this is not working. The Tags search functions need to be fixed. For this project you need to be good at PHP, CSS and responsive design. Expirience with Word Press sure is needed since the backend and members area of this site are based on wordpress. I'm attaching a detailed worksheet to show what needs to be done / fixed. The current code is probably poor so do not complain saying it is a mess. It is your job to fix this. Was it easy I would be doing it myself. So be prepared that it may get on your nerves. The project needs to be completed within 1 week and I expect clean code displaying well on all browsers and mobiles. iIf you have less than 25 feedback, only 10 or 20 dollar previour jobs or less than 95% completion rate I won't hire you. Also I need to see you have worked on similar projects.
