Wordpress Plugin - Import XML from ASP.NET handler push data to post type

Instead of configuration section of the plugin, rest are clear to me. Do not award now, I want to make sure what you exactly expecting in configuration section then we can start work on this. Another concern, to give you an exact cost I need the API document before start and accept the project. As I do not want to create any misunderstandings later. I am not sure that the XML file is common or not. If XML file would be different according to site then we would have to getxml function within the Plugin instead we can use the below steps to make the process much more easier. Is this possible to check what is there now? The concern is I will get an idea and will be able to map with the xml fields and Post fields. It would help me to create the mapping document as well. I would prefer a Windows console application which will pull the data from API, it would be easier and low risk when you will call a handler class from an ASP.NET code. Let me describe the plan, it would be easier for you to understand and it would cost you less as well. - A console application will run from scheduler, kind of listner (this is the best practice to handle this). - It will connect the API and will get the XML. - We can connect ftp from this application and will push xml to wordpress server. - Plugin will take care the rest. Above process came from my thoughts to achieve the goal I need your co-operation, so please ping me for further discussion.
