this is the complete requirements and flows I've written Roles President Admin System - Membership management Definition: Members = Company Coy Functions: What is user role in company Flow: 1) user will sign up as a member, will fill in the following form Currently this form is done up using gravity form Name of Company Email Member 1-5(max) info(Statutory, Name, Designation, contact, Email, Coy Function) Billing Info: Bill To Company Bill to Name Designation Bill to Email Contact Number Nature of business check 2 checkbox 2) President will Approve/reject the membership 2a) If reject , flow ends 2b) If approve, a prorated invoice will be generated together with a welcome message. Message and Invoice will be sent to the Bill to email. End Payment mode: Paypal, Cheque Invoice format: INV-xxxxx where xxxx is running number Membership details: All membership ends on 31 Dec YY Prorate is as below (for new join only) Jan - Mar = $380 + $50 Apr - Jun = $380 X 0.75 + $50 Jul - Sep = $380/2 + $50 Oct - Dec = $380 + $75 + $50 Renewal Flow 30 days before expiry, will send a link to bill to email for members to renew membership Link will contact 2 option, 1 year renewal or 2 years renewal upon selection, a invoice will be generated and email to bill to email/download str from website Take note, at any 1 time there can be only 1 invoice number per member (anyway to edit invoice from 2 years to 1 year is customer wants to change? can reuse the same link and regenerate a new invoice?) Renewal flow ends. Backend: A place where admin can go in and see a table of members / new registers(not member yet) Table: Company Name | Email | Date of Application | Status (Approve/Reject/waiting) | Invoice Status (Paid/unpaid/Others) All status are updated by admin
