Wordpress Flatsome Child theme error with Checkout

I am facing a wierd error where my Flatsome Child theme is having some serios issues. The Child theme is causing a cache (I beleieve) issue, where the customer data is not update once entered. The page gets kind a deactiavted and keep refreshing but not going forward to the next step. When I switch it to the Parent theme, everything works fine, but as soon I swtich it to the Child theme, the issue starts again. I need someone who has expereince with WP Flatsome Theme and FLatsome child theme. Its urgent and need to be solved today. You will get access to the site after you have been awarded the project.
