Functional Requirement:- Business Owner Section:- Business owner is main person who will manage from public facing site where he can manage stationary related business this user can perform below mentioned functionalities 1. Manage customers: - Business owner can manage customers whom business owner can deliver stationary items. Also system will provide a flexibility to create one more user who will work as an approval authority. 2. Manage Stock Items: - Business Owner can manage Stock items entry based on purchased details. 3. Create Customer specific Price mapping: - Business can create customer specific items price mapping if there are 10 customers then business owner will define 10 mapping Or you can call it as a discount. If business owner defines 10% discount then it will be applied on all orders for that customer. 4. View Purchase orders: - Business Orders can see all orders raised by customers. In this section business owner can manage status of these orders(like in process , shipping, delivered etc) 5. Generate Invoice: - Through purchase orders section business owner can generate Invoice for raised PO. Customer section:- Customers will act as a company who will raise request and business owner will deliver stationary items. Here customer will have two users login one who can apply and another user who can approve. This user can perform below mentioned functionalities 1. View profile:- Customer can see company profile created by admin(Business owner) 2. View products: - Customer can see products with prices defined by business owner. 3. Create Request:- Customer user can select item and create list of items which will be purchased. Once items are selected it will be processed for approval. Once customer’s approval authority approves list of selected items it will be processed to customer. Once customer customers: - Business owner can manage customers whom business owner can deliver stationary items.
