Hey, I need a mobile Friendly Website for a photo rating. I have the template for all screens. The step by step for the user is: 1. Create an Account. 2. Setup your account 3. Upload up to 3 photos 4. Start voting and receiving votes. A) We need to RANK all users based on the following score sequence. 5 Stars = 5 Points 4 Stars - 4.5 points 3 Stars - 3.5 Points 2 Stars - 2.5 Points 1 Star - 1.5 Points It is supposed to be an easy and straight forward website. We need a dashboard just for the admin to delete users, to manage the photos if there's any nude photo or violent or with minors. The dashboard will also send alerts to the user by email. For now, this is the app. We want to add more features, but our budget is limited and we are trying to do the BASICs and move forward with other improvements. Thank you!
