1. Website optimization and speedup: a. Desktop version: i. Speedup the website to be 80%+ on google pagespeed ii. Defer offscreen images. iii. Serve images in next-gen formats. iv. Defer unused CSS. v. Reduce server response time (TTFB) vi. Avoid multiple page redirects. vii. Properly size images. b. Mobile Version: i. Speedup the website to be 80%+ on google pagespeed ii. Clickable elements too close to each other. iii. Content wider than screen 2. Add Sitemap to the website 3. Enable push notifications on website visitors, so users will be notified via sidebar push notification about products and deals 4. Add and configure newsletter popup 5. Issues to be fixed: a. Fix the issue with the Seller’s page number of products displayed as products are not shown in the store’s page properly (enable and enforce pagination function and product loading when scrolling). “Currently the dokan plugin is used for marketplace”. b. The currency switcher is not appearing in the mobile version of the websit. “currecy exchange switcher plugin and in desktop mode it works fine, but in the mobile view, although I have added the switcher to the header but it is not appearing” 6. In the product page, I need to show the related products from the same seller (as 1st priority) and if no products from same seller then show related from (Same Category)
