Need to build a website that would serve as an employee engagement portal. Has to be out of the box and not boring like normal corporate websites. Functions / Pages required (more will be added) 1. Tracking of daily attendance (To be synchronized with local SQL database, In and Out timings will be given in tabular format as SQL table. There should be a continuous sync with the HRMS tool for shift timings which may change on a daily basis) 2. Page showcasing events photographs 3. Page showcasing the Rewards program we have internal to the company The Rewards program will be awarding employees with points for several different activities / tasks. The page should show all data for depending on who is logged on. For an employee it should be only his / her data, for management, it should be everyone's data. 4. Redemption of reward points. A page which showcases all the items / gifts that can be redeemed with the reward points accumulated. Settings Page 1. Need the ability to adjust the break timings for every employee. We shouldn't have to (if possible) enter all the employee details. They should be extracted directly from HRMS and updated if a new entry is added. 2. Photograph management as noted in Point 2 above 3. Adding and removing gift items for redemption with reward points as noted in Point 4 above. These are a few of the pages that will need to be designed. We already have a domain so no registration required. There may be more pages added to the website, we will define the entire project scope once a freelancer is finalized and also discuss on scope modification. Please do include how you plan on implementing the above in your bid including the platform and why you've chosen that platform, its scalability and touch base on the scope and its modification as noted above.
