i try to publish apk on playstore but after 2 hr a got mail from google play console that is = Issue: Violation of Webviews and Affiliate Spam policy We don’t allow apps whose primary purpose is to drive affiliate traffic to a website or provide a webview of a website without permission from the website owner or administrator. 'But actually i am the owner of this site.' Next steps: Publish a new compliant version of your app 1. Read through the Webviews and Affiliate Spam and make appropriate changes to your app. 2. Make sure that your app is compliant with all other Developer Program Policies. Additional enforcement could occur if there are further policy violations. 3. Sign in to your Play Console and submit the policy compliant app using a new package name and a new app name.

Hello, I have gone through your requirements, You want to re-upload your existing android app that is rejected because of issue you described. Let me know you that my previous client faced same issue and I know the solution. we have to add privacy policy and in privacy policy we have to mention Developer account name as well that email id.
