An API is required to be developed that allows to send SMS against an SMSC using SMPP protocol. The API would support request similar to: POST /api/ucsconnector We would provide the schema e.g. to request to send M SMS to N MSISDNs with certain text and selected encoding. The API should also allow to get the results of the request. The service must be a webapp WAR. 2 deliverables (besides de code, the maven/... builder, design doc & acceptance test plan results): 1) runs on Glassfish 3 (java 7) 2) runs on latest Glassfish 5 (Java 8). Timeframe: to be delivered during November latest. Please apply only if you have experience with SMPP protocol. Please provide reference projects using this protocol. More details on the project would be shared to candidates with the requested experience.
