VBulletin 4 installation issues - please fix

I can send you my ftp username and password so you can download the vbulletin files and edit them then re-upload them. During my vbulletin installation it stops on tsep 2 of 7. Installation folder is at [login to view URL] DO NOT STUFF AROUND WITH THE MAIN [login to view URL] FILES OR ANY SUB-DIRECTORY APART FROM THE "forums" SUB-DIRECTORY. Thanks.
