Hello, Here is a simple website for travel agency. The website contains a login area for customers/employees/admins. The main goal of the website is to let the customer to book a ticket. To select the country From/To and select the timing of the flight Departure/Arrival, and other options like escalate, visa needed for specific country, hotel(Yes/no), taxi, how many days to spend in a certain country. Attach documents, like passport/visa/Peronal Id. The application do not need any API integrations in the website. The user is just submitting his information and the agency will contact him. The website has 3 roles: The customer: Is the person who is going to fill out these information. He should signup using facebook/gmail/manual sign up. After submitting he should receive a mail containing the information he submitted and an employee is assigned to follow up is submission. The employee: the employee needs to follow up with the requirements of the customers, he should be able to send a notification for the customer that his submission is approved/pending/needs extra documents. The admin: should be able to see the progress of the submissions viewed per submission, or by date per week/month/quarterly/ with the fees of submissions. A graph that displays the fees. The admin should be able to create/delete employees accounts. The website include 4 or 5 basic tabs. 1- Home page 2- Gallery 3- book a ticket. 4- tours. 5- contact us The homepage should contains a slider with new news for promotion. All the website should be integrated with a smooth cms.

The website will be basic platform where the Travelers will be able to find solutions to their travel itineraries from the Travel Agency. We can call it Travel Management website. The platform will be an interface for the Travelers to get registered and post their requirement (About the tickets or accommodations or other amenities) through a form which will be submitted. From the back end (Admin Panel), there will be provision of Employee creation. Now those requirements posted by the Travelers will be assigned to designated Employee. Assignment of requirement will follow certain algorithm so that a particular Employee won't be overloaded or any particular requirement from any Traveler won't have to be waiting for long time. There will be a Submission Fee associated with every requirement which will enable the requirement as a valid one. The Administrator will have the option to publish/reject any requirement. At the same time the Administrator will be there to look after the Traveler-Employee communication and correspondence. As you have mentioned, the Tours section will highlight some Tour programs launched by the Agency and can be managed from the admin panel. The top part of the website will come along with a News section which will be scrolled within a carousel. Again, the news will be maintained from the back end admin panel. There are 2 options we can go with: Option1: I suggest the website created with custom build, simple CMS to address all specific requirements for the admin panel and content management. This way we can make all specific features exactly as per the requirements. Option2: Using Wordpress CMS - to create the website as quickly as possible and with ability to easily maintain it in future. We may not have all admin functionality 100% as per the requirements, but it will be functional enough to do the job.
