I need a new website with the following features 1. Labeling page to create customer account with built in appointment system, tracking system, buy services, refunds , upload documents etc. process 1. Applicant logs into the website ( new user create an account) 2. Account is validated with OTP and email validation 3. Applicant can then choose the following option 1. Send applicant by post or by walk-in If post then applicant is asked to select, if he is an individual or group or agent? If individual then applicant details are captured with name of the services to opt. Then applicant address with UPS and FEDEX API integration is checked to generate label online. Applicant then is send an email notification and document checklist to arrange documents Applicant send document using Fedex / UPS label . Tracking status is updated as soon as ups/ fedex status is changed Office side of application features 2. Office receives application and complete the scan in using fedex / UPS tracking ID. This updates the tracking system and applicant gets sms / email notifications 3. Office then retrieve application and verify its completeness. If application is complete then creates application reference barcode and scans out the application to next stage. Stages will be defined and shared 4. If application is incomplete then select the reasons and keep it pending Applicant gets option to complete the process online or make balance payment online. 5. After application is processed then uPS: FedEx label is generated to application is posted or handed out to applicant . Tracking status is updated. Further requirement Reporting Daily sales reports Pending application count with aging Unprocessed applications
