Timeline, Fan Page

Im looking to have personal fan page style membership type website that works much like a facebook timeline so fans can keep up with what I am doing and going. I want to be able to “check in” and it show my locations and also upload pics and video clips preferably from the admin section online and my phone but for users to be members to view the full size pics or videos. Only thumbs for members that I haven’t made I premium member. **Freelancer Requirements!!!! Must be fluent in ENGLISH!
